Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to support parents and carers navigating the SEND Journey or the EHCP Process. Contact US to see how we can best support you and your family.

EHC Needs Assessments
We help parents and carers prepare clear, legally sound requests for an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessment. Our support is free and designed to make the process easier and less stressful.
We’ll work with you to gather the right information, draft a strong request letter, or review one you’ve already written to ensure it meets legal requirements and gives your child the best chance of getting the support they need.
As we are a free, high-demand service, we do not read through full reports. We kindly ask parents and carers to extract and share the key information from reports before sending it to us.

Formal Complaint Support
We support parents and carers to raise clear, well-structured formal complaints when a school or Local Authority isn’t meeting its legal duties under the SEND framework. Our role is to help you explain your concerns calmly, clearly and in line with the law.
We can guide you through each stage of the complaints process, help you draft or review your letter, and ensure your key points are backed by the right evidence. Our goal is to make sure your complaint is heard and responded to properly, giving you the best chance of a fair outcome.
As a free, high-demand service, we aren’t able to review lengthy documents in full. We kindly ask parents and carers to summarise the key information or extract relevant sections from reports before sharing them with us.

Draft EHCPs
Our Draft EHCP Check service helps parents make sure their child’s Education, Health and Care Plan is legally sound and accurately reflects their needs. Before booking, we send out a detailed Draft Check Policy explaining the full process.
We review your draft plan to ensure Section E outcomes are SMART and Section F provision meets legal requirements. You’ll receive an annotated version of your plan with clear legal comments, ready to send straight to your Local Authority.
This is a high-demand service that has received excellent feedback for helping families secure strong, legally robust EHCPs.

Annual Review Package
Our Annual Review Package offers comprehensive support throughout the EHCP review process to ensure your child’s educational needs are accurately reflected and addressed.
What’s included:
- Pre-Review EHCP Assessment: We carefully review your child’s EHCP ahead of the annual review meeting to identify any areas of concern or necessary updates.
- Parent Consultation: We schedule a dedicated appointment to discuss your concerns and any issues your child may be facing. This helps ensure your voice is heard during the review.
- Review Preparation: Support in writing notes and key points to take to the annual review meeting. We ensure all relevant information is covered.
- Post-Review Support: After the meeting, we assist in understanding the outcome and offer guidance on any next steps.
- Liaising with Local Authorities: We handle communication with the Local Authority regarding deadlines and any required follow-up actions, ensuring the process moves smoothly.
- Draft Check: If the EHCP is amended following the review, we offer an additional draft check to ensure it accurately reflects the agreed-upon changes.
- Attendance at the Review: If requested, we will attend the annual review meeting to advocate for your child’s needs and ensure that their best interests are at the forefront of the discussion.
This package offers a comprehensive and supportive service for families navigating the annual review process, ensuring that your child’s EHCP is kept up to date and fully meets their needs.

Appeal Support
We provide practical advice and guidance for parents and carers appealing SEND decisions, such as a refusal to assess, refusal to issue, or disagreements about an EHCP.
Our team can advise you on what to include in your appeal, the evidence to gather, and how to structure your case effectively. We offer easy-to-follow checklists to guide you through each stage of the process and can review your grounds of appeal to make sure your points are clear, relevant and legally sound.
As a free, high-demand service, we kindly ask parents to share only the key information needed for us to review their case efficiently.

Meeting Advocacy
We provide advocacy support for parents and carers during key meetings with schools and Local Authorities, including annual reviews, emergency reviews, and planning meetings. Our advocates help ensure your voice is heard, your child’s rights are upheld, and discussions stay focused on their needs.
We can attend meetings virtually or in person (where available), help you prepare in advance, and debrief afterwards so you feel informed and confident about next steps.
As a free, high-demand service, we kindly ask parents to share key information and documents ahead of time so we can support you effectively.

Mediation Support
We help parents and carers prepare for SEND mediation by offering practical advice and guidance every step of the way. Our support includes helping you gather and organise evidence, identify key points to raise, and prepare thoughtful questions to ask during the session.
We also provide easy-to-follow guides and checklists to help you feel confident and well-prepared for mediation discussions with the Local Authority.

Email Support
We offer fast, friendly email advice from our experienced advocates. No question is too small — we’re here to help with clear, practical guidance whenever you need it. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, ensuring you get timely support when it matters most.

Telephone and Microsoft Teams Appointments
We offer free 30-minute appointments by telephone or Microsoft Teams to discuss your situation in more detail and explore the best next steps. These sessions provide an opportunity to talk through your concerns, get clear guidance from an advocate, and plan how to move forward with confidence.

Online Parent Support Group
Our free online parent support groups provide a welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and gain advice from others who understand the challenges of parenting a child with SEND. Some sessions are informal parent-only chats, while others are led by guest professionals who offer expert guidance and provide advice and strategies on how to best support your children..
